1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, subscribing to, or using the Kinescian Learning Library, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.
2. Subscription, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
Annual Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are billed annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring annual basis until you cancel. Your subscription will automatically renew at the annual rate disclosed when you subscribe; founding-rate members retain the disclosed founding rate while that membership remains continuously active.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of the term.
No Refunds: We do not offer retroactive refunds, partial refunds, or refunds for the current subscription term. All subscription and course charges are final upon processing.
3. Continuing Education (CEU) Responsibility
Learner Responsibility: Continuing education requirements vary significantly by profession and state. You are solely responsible for confirming that any course meets the specific requirements of your licensing jurisdiction before relying on it for license renewal.
Nonrefundability for CEU Refusal: Course and subscription purchases are entirely nonrefundable based on a licensing board's decision not to award or accept continuing education credit.
4. Account Conduct and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account access, login credentials, or subscription benefits with any third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund if we suspect unauthorized sharing, abusive conduct, or fraudulent behavior.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the Kinescian Learning Library, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Kinescian Learning or its licensors. You may not download, record, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content outside the scope of your personal, non-commercial educational use.
6. Service Availability and Changes
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the platform, but we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or continually available. We reserve the right to modify, add, update, or remove courses or platform features at any time without prior notice.
